At Terrapin Family Services LLC, we provide personalized, evidence-based tutoring to help students thrive academically and build essential learning skills. Founded by Adrienne Moran, a certified educator with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in reading education from Towson University, our services are designed to support diverse learners, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, and executive function challenges.

We offer comprehensive academic support, including:

  • Reading intervention (K-12) – Strengthening decoding, fluency, and comprehension skills using research-based methods.

  • Math support (K-8) – Building foundational math skills and confidence.

  • Executive function coaching – Enhancing organization, time management, and study strategies.
  • Academic Coaching– Combining support with learning skills and executive function strategies. Help with organization, time management, study habits, and assignment completion, while also offering guidance tailored to each student’s academic goals. Unlike traditional tutoring, academic coaching builds long-term habits for success across all subjects.
